Regulator dials were made for people who set other clocks by them. The minutes take the centre; hours and seconds get subdials of their own, so nothing overlaps.
The OV-3 uses a larger barrel for an 80-hour reserve, and a free-sprung balance adjusted by its rim screws rather than a regulator index.
Five pieces, cased in platinum. Delivery is about fourteen months from order.
